I am currently seeking sponsorship from a LGBT friendly business to help cover the costs for a fine art photography exhibit coming this July and August at Ray Street Custom Framing & Art Gallery located in San Diego, CA.
The exhibit "All Hail the Queen" will feature Drag Queens photographed in a very editorial, fashion and documentary style. An old manual SLR film camera and traditional B&W films were used to create these thought provoking images. I photographed this project back in 1996 during a two-month span in San Diego and San Francisco. The work has never been exhibit before, and for its viewers, it will be a form of history for the LGBT community.
